Apollo PB inks. UV Sheet-fed Offset Ink - VOC free
Apollo PB inks have been specifically designed for the production of Paper and Board (PB) cards for the
single use card market. They offer good hold out on the different boards used in these industries coupled
with excellent ease of use and are priced competitively for this growing market. These inks are not
designed for lamination.
Apollo PB inks are designed to be cured with UV (Ultra Violet) light and have a wide water window for on
press stability. They are highly pigmented to offer low film weight and high colour strength.
All of the Apollo PB inks range are VOC free, have a low odour and will run with or without IPA (Iso Propyl
Alcohol).
Recommended Printing Conditions:
Substrate: Most boards used in the single use card market.
Film Weight: A wide range of film weights can be achieved dependent on press
type, substrate and UV curing capability.
Thinners: The inks are supplied press ready and should not require thinning.
