Description
Apollo Colours UVISEAL TC+ range of Lithographic Offset Laminating Inks is a market leading UV curing ink series, extensively used in the production of plastic cards for the Banking, Financial and ID sectors.
Available either as a standard 4 colour tack graded YMCK set or as a reversed KCMY; with the added option for both to be upgraded to a 7 colour range with the addition of Orange, Violet and Green. This combination allows for a larger colour gamut to be produced.

Highly pigmented for excellent colour strength, with exceptional lithographical properties (minimal dot gain, press stability and reduced waste.)
Will run with or without alcohol.
VOC free with low odour.
Curing:
Two-three medium pressure mercury arc lamps, each of 200 watts per linear inch (80 w/cm).

Superior lamination bonds values between 12-18 N/cm have readily been achieved with the appropriate core/overlay , it have been achieved with the correct conditions.
